The Prince Akatoki London

Calming aesthetic. Clean and simple. Comfortable room.

The hotel was a positive shock to me because of my experience with London hotels. The hotel was very great and one of the most beautiful hotels in the world in terms of the wonderful reception, especially from the reception staff, Bruno, who served me in solving my problem with the airline. The hotel features modern furniture and a very high-end room service in which the room is cleaned more than once a day and providing bottles of water, several coffee and bathroom supplies more than once a day. Also, the location of the hotel is so close to important streets in London that you can go to any location by walking without the need of transportation.

I would especially like to thank Martin and your colleague from Romania (my apologies, I don't remember his first name). Both of them were very kind and helpful throughout our stay in London. Thanks to them, we enjoyed our vacation even more. I can’t recall better staff in any hotel I’ve visited. We will definitely come back to London — and to The Prince Akatoki as well. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was also delicious, and I appreciated the wide variety of options on the breakfast menu. Thank you, and I hope to see you again soon.

Despite the room is quite minimal with its design and furniture, it has everything one needs, nice attention to small details. Very comfy mattress, still fluffy white towels, good cleanliness of the room, nice spacious bathroom. Good temperature control in the room, considering that we always get cold in London. Friendly and attentive service in the reception.
