On checking I was advised that my room had been upgraded from a standard double to a deluxe which was very unexpected but very much welcome. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee and bottled water , not the instant type coffee that you find in a lot of hotels but proper coffee with a coffee machine. The mini bar was really well stocked, though I didn’t partake in any of the drinks or snacks. My bath tub had a TV, which again I didn’t use but I thought it was a lovely touch, I’m sure if I’ve been staying for longer than one night, I would’ve definitely lounged in a bubble bath whilst watching TV I had the best night sleep I have had in years, the room was air-conditioned so was the perfect temperature for me, the bed was absolutely luxurious with Egyptian cotton sheets and the perfect bed firmness. I slept like a baby. 😃 I have paid for bed and breakfast and on checking was shown where the restaurant was and also told that breakfast is served between 7 am and 11 am. I arrived to meet family members at 10 am and ordered my full English from the waitress, who after waiting about 20 minutes we called over to find out she had forgotten to put the order through so in the meantime I thought I’d try the Continental but by 10.30 there was very little left and it was quite obvious that they were not going to restock the food or any of the juices. My full English did arrive and the quality of the food was great. It’s just a shame that I had to wait so long, but that was the only downside to my stay at the hotel and if I ever needed to stay overnight in central London, I would certainly Book this hotel again

The staff are very warm, helpful and friendly. In particular, Elizabeth at Tokii was great. She has a warm personality and is friendly, courteous, very attentive and has a strong work ethic. I believe she strives to ensure every guest enjoys their breakfast experience. We enjoyed the Tokii breakfast and it was a good way to fuel up for a long day of sight-seeing. The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially if you enjoying walking through Hyde Park. The Marble Arch station is about 3 minutes walk away so it’s also super convenient. The Executive King room is comfortable and well lit and the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar were appreciated.

The hotel was a positive shock to me because of my experience with London hotels. The hotel was very great and one of the most beautiful hotels in the world in terms of the wonderful reception, especially from the reception staff, Bruno, who served me in solving my problem with the airline. The hotel features modern furniture and a very high-end room service in which the room is cleaned more than once a day and providing bottles of water, several coffee and bathroom supplies more than once a day. Also, the location of the hotel is so close to important streets in London that you can go to any location by walking without the need of transportation.

Fantastic location for getting around London, but also on a nice quiet street for walking around Marylebone, a great neighborhood. The hotel itself is zen and the staff was very kind. I needed help with a few things in the room (nothing major, more of a me being jet lagged and off my game issue haha) and someone always came immediately. Breakfast was yummy!

The location is great and its a quiet hotel. The room doors are very heavy but I get its better for sound proofing. Its clean. At night they would set up the robes on the beds and place new water. The check in and check out was smooth. I also liked the range of complimentary items available. Friendly staff.
